Overview
The STIHL WP 900 Petrol Water Pump is a heavy-duty, high-volume 4-inch self-priming water pump engineered for agricultural irrigation, construction dewatering, commercial water transfer, and flood relief. Powered by a high-performance 252 cc STIHL EHC 705.0 4-stroke engine producing 5.2 kW (7.1 hp), the WP 900 delivers exceptional displacement capacity, pumping up to 1,567 liters per minute (94 m³/h) from lakes, rivers, ponds, and reservoirs.
Built inside a heavy-duty tubular steel frame, the pump is designed to withstand harsh job site conditions while protecting the engine and pump assembly from physical impacts. It features standard 4-inch (100 mm) hose connections with easy-to-use hose clamps, an integrated suction filter basket that shields the pump housing from dirt particles up to 6 mm, and a low-oil protection sensor that automatically shuts off the engine to prevent damage. With an anti-vibration damping system and a maximum head height of 34 meters, it provides continuous, reliable water transport over long distances.
