The STIHL TS 800 Cutquik® Petrol Cut-Off Machine configured with a 400 mm (16″) cutting wheel is STIHL’s most powerful handheld concrete saw, engineered for heavy-duty construction, civil engineering, roadwork, and structural rescue tasks. Powered by a massive 98.5 cc engine delivering 5.0 kW (6.7 bhp) of raw cutting power, it easily slices through reinforced concrete, asphalt, masonry, steel, and ductile iron up to a maximum cutting depth of 145 mm (5.7 inches).

Designed to handle tough continuous commercial jobs, the TS 800 features a lightweight magnesium wheel guard, an advanced long-life air filtration system with cyclone pre-separation, and an ergonomic ring handle design for total cutting control in all positions. Equipped with STIHL ElastoStart and a decompression valve, pull-starting effort is significantly reduced. When paired with the optional FW 20 Cutquik® Cart, the TS 800 transforms into a precise, long-distance walk-behind floor saw for expansion joints and asphalt trenching.
