The STIHL SG 230 Petrol Power Sprayer is a heavy-duty, portable engine-powered agricultural sprayer designed for high-volume crop protection, pest control, orchard management, and large-scale liquid fertilizer application. Unlike traditional backpack sprayers with limited tank capacities, the SG 230 operates as a stationary power unit that draws liquid from an external tank or reservoir via an integrated suction hose system, allowing operators to cover massive agricultural areas continuously.

Powered by a high-torque 40.2 cc STIHL 2-stroke engine producing 1.55 kW (2.1 hp), the SG 230 delivers a maximum operating pressure of up to 25 bar and a maximum fluid flow rate of 11.8 to 14 liters per minute. Equipped with a 50-meter high-pressure spray hose, an area of up to 2,800 m² can be treated without moving the machine. It features a robust protective steel roll frame for stable positioning on uneven terrain, a manual fuel primer bulb for quick cold starts, a long-life foam air filter, and a comprehensive suction assembly with an intake strainer basket to prevent debris from clogging the pump and nozzles.
